• Woven Attire  ships from Mexico or the United States, depending our variation of stock.
  • We ask of you patience to receive your special pieces. Please allow 1-3 business days for standard ground orders to process and to be shipped. 
  • We usually send you a quote of the final price with shipping since there can be  an additional charge for orders for specific territories.
  • Once the order has been dispatched you will receive tracking number via email.
  • All orders are dispatched with “no signature required” and may be left at a residence deemed safe by the delivery Company. WOVEN ATTIRE  is not responsible for any loss or liability or damage that may result from leaving your package at the shipping address without a signature. If you prefer to have your order shipped with “signature required” please send a mail to info@wovenattire.com so that we may make arrangements.

  • Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your receipt of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags and labels attached.
  • Every item is checked prior to dispatch and kept as a record. Any intentional damage to the product prior to return will be charged in full and cannot be returned.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable. 
  • To complete your return, please email us at info@wovenattire.com the reason for the return and we will send you further instructions.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be accepted.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after receipt of goods will not be accepted.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Returns can be refunded as Woven Attire credits or to the original method of payment information. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to post to your account.
  • Exchanges (if applicable)
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if the size is incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@wovenattire.com and we will send you further instructions. 
  • Please note the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, you will be invoiced for the additional shipping charge.
